Change in Hemtex Nomination Committee

Now that Priveq Investment AB has sold all of its shares in Hemtex AB, Magnus Hardmeier, Priveq Investment AB’s representative on Hemtex’s Nomination Committee, has vacated his position. Rory Powe, of Powe Capital Management, has been appointed new member of the Nomination Committee. Rory Powe represents the Modulus Europe fund which, with 1,775,100 shares, accounts for 6.3% of the company’s shares and is the second largest shareholder in Hemtex AB.
