Net sales increased 29%

First quarter (May 2007 – July 2007)

• Net sales amounted to SEK 385.5 M (299.8), up 29% from the year-earlier period. The increase for the Group’s comparable stores was 1% (1).

• Profit after tax totaled SEK 35.8 M (31.3). Earnings per share before dilution rose to SEK 1.25 (1.12).

• Operating cash flow after investments was a negative SEK 13.1 M (positive: 42.6).

• The Hemtex Group opened five stores during the quarter.

• The Hemtex Group concluded agreements on rights to several strong brands.
