Hemtex launches cooperation with Åkestam Holst

Hemtex, the leading home textile chain in the Nordic region, has noted a strong business trend and sharply increased market growth in the past five years. Consolidated net sales have tripled during this period and profitability has been strengthened considerably.

Hemtex has established a market-leading brand in the home textile market, with a share of approximately 30 percent of the Swedish market and of 9-10 percent of the combined Nordic market. Hemtex has a broad concept and an extensive product range that focuses on a major part of the market. Hemtex, with its excellent reputation among customers, is known for offering high quality and value for money.

In order to further strengthen our position in the Swedish market and to forcefully establish positions in other markets, an agreement has been signed concerning cooperation with the Åkestam Holst advertising agency. Hemtex regards this as a strategic decision and one that will strengthen and clarify the brand over time.
