LEADING TRIATHLETES PUT THROUGH THEIR PACES BY SURREY HUMAN PERFORMANCE INSTITUTE
The Surrey Human Performance Institute welcomed a number of leading triathletes during a weekend of triathlon testing at the annual Triathlon Show at Sandown Park, Surrey.Following the recent launch of the triathlon facility, the Surrey Human Performance Institute welcomed a number of well-known triathletes and triathlon experts to take part in a series of testing programmes, including a cycling lactate test, a running lactate test and a body composition test.
