ELITE TESTING ON OFFER TO TRIATHLON FANS AT TRIATHLON SHOW

The Surrey Human Performance Institute will be holding elite level athlete testing for triathlon fans at the Triathlon Show on 28th February – 2nd March at Sandown Park.Following the recent launch of the triathlon facility, the Surrey Human Performance Institute will be offering triathletes a chance to take part in discounted 30 minute testing sessions to gain a detailed insight into their training and discuss their training and nutritional programmes with sport science experts from the Surrey Human Performance Institute. The tests on offer include a cycling lactate test (£30), a running
