5,580 new shares of Herantis Pharma plc. have been subscribed with option rights of the option programs 2010 and 2014. New shares have been registered into the Trade Register on 29 May 2015, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.

The share capital will not increase with subscriptions. The entire subscription price of EUR 11.85 will be entered in the invested unrestricted equity reserve of the company. As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of shares of Herantis Pharma plc. will increase to 4,067,794 shares.

The new shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd's First North marketplace together with the old shares as of today, 1 June 2015.
