HGR Property Partners Oy Divests Maurinkatu 1 Development Project
HGR Property Partners Oy has sold a development property to the Norwegian company Public Property Invest ASA. Public Property Invest is a real estate company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The transaction covers a school and daycare property in Kruununhaka, Helsinki. The property comprises approximately 5,000 square meters of lettable space, of which 100 % is leased under long-term agreements.
The project involves extensive renovation and repurposing of an existing building in Kruununhaka, in the historic Uudenmaan Kasarmi block. The property will house a daycare for the City of
HGR Property Partners, Ilmarinen and YIT have established a limited partnership joint venture called Keilaniemen Kiinteistökehitys Strike Ky for the development of significant real estate projects in Keilaniemi. The development projects of Regenero, which is HGR’s and YIT’s joint venture, as well as part of Ilmarinen’s development projects in Keilaniemi have been transferred to the new joint venture.
Construction of the joint venture’s first development, Keilaniemi district parking facility, began simultaneously with the establishment. The joint venture signed a turnkey contract with YIT
