Agasti Holding ASA has received settlement for sale of all significant assets to Blackstone

Reference is made to stock exchange notice 7 July 2016 regarding agreement with Audrey Management Holding S.à.r.l, a company controlled by Blackstone L.P. regarding sale of all significant assets (the "Transaction") and stock exchange notice for approval by the general meeting of the Transaction 22 August 2016. The Transaction is completed and settlement is received and reference is made to stock exchange notices dated 22 August and 24 August 2016 regarding distribution by capital decrease and summons to general meeting 19 September 2016 with proposal for distribution of extraordinary dividend based on an audited interim balance sheet.
