Changes in the board of Agasti Holding ASA

Erling Meinich-Bache has informed the board that he due to work related and personal reasons unfortunately will resign from the board of Agasti Holding ASA (Agasti).

Going forward, the board of Agasti consists of the following members:

Kathryn Moore Baker (Chairman), Live Haukvik-Aker and Øystein Tenold.

According to the Articles of Association the company's board shall consist of three to seven members.
