Changes in the Board of Directors of Agasti Holding ASA

Chairman Arne Reinemo and member of the Board Paal E. Johnsen communicated to Agasti Holding on Sunday 15 December 2013 that they resign from the Board of Directors. The retiring members take the consequence of a disagreement with the Board's majority on several key issues for the company.

-Agasti is an exciting company that we wished to contribute to further develop, so this was a difficult decision to make, but we see no other alternative, says Arne Reinemo.

-We wish the remaining Board continued success in their work, says Paal E. Johnsen.

After the change, the Board of Directors of Agasti Holding consists of Erling Meinich-Bache, Sissel Knutsen Hegdal, Merete Haugli and Beatriz Malo de Molina.

-The Board takes note of the decision, but continues to develop the company in line with identified potential and the established ambitions.

The Board will now with the selection committee consider the need to hold an election before the Annual General Meeting.
