Mandatory notification of trade

Industriforedling AS, a company owned by Christian Dovland, CFO in Obligo Holding AS and primary insider in Agasti Holding ASA, has on 20 October 2016 sold 1,562,500 shares in Agasti Holding ASA at a price of NOK 0.2062 per share. After this transaction, Dovland owns and controls no shares in Agasti Holding ASA.
