Svein Erik Lilleland, Head of Corporate Finance in Obligo Investment Management AS and primary insider in Agasti Holding ASA, has on 21 October 2016 sold 509,178 shares in Agasti Holding ASA at a price of NOK 0.13 per share. After this transaction, Lilleland owns and controls no shares in Agasti Holding ASA.
