Mandatory notification of trade

IKM Industri-Invest AS, close associated to Erling Meinich-Bache, who is member of the Board of Directors in Acta Holding ASA and a primary insider, has on 24th of May 2012 bought 107,890 shares in Acta Holding ASA at NOK 1.1477 a share. After the transaction IKM Industri-Invest AS controls a total of 8,020,000 shares, corresponding to 3,11 per cent of the aggregate number of shares and votes in Acta Holding ASA.
