Mandatory notification of trade

Coldevin AS, a company owned by Jørgen Pleym Ulvness, CEO in Agasti Capital Markets AS, has on the 27th of August 2012 bought 245,000 shares in Acta Holding ASA at a price of 1.401 kroner per share. After this transaction Pleym Ulvness owns and controls 745,000 shares in Acta Holding ASA.
