Mandatory notification of trade

Perestroika AS, primary insider in Agasti Holding ASA, has on October 8th 2014 bought 10,000,000 shares in Agasti Holding ASA at an average price of NOK 1.35 per share.

After the transaction Perestroika AS controls a total of 56,047,228 shares, corresponding to approximately 19.08 per cent of the aggregate number of shares and votes in Agasti Holding ASA.
