Coldevin AS, a company owned by Jørgen Pleym Ulvness, Deputy CEO in Agasti Holding ASA, has on the 7th of November 2012 bought 650,000 shares in Agasti Holding ASA at a price of 1.5152 kroner per share. After this transaction Pleym Ulvness owns and controls 1,395,000 shares in Agasti Holding ASA.

Christian Tunge, CFO in Agasti Holding ASA, has on the 7th of November 2012 bought 100,000 shares in Agasti Holding ASA at a price of 1.55 kroner per share. After this transaction Tunge owns and controls 600,000 shares in Agasti Holding ASA.
