New share capital

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices of 26 June and 31 July 2013 regarding a rights issue with gross proceeds of NOK 42 million in Agasti Holding ASA.

The share capital increase was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret) on 7 August 2013. The Company's share capital after registration is NOK 52,585,534.98, divided into 292,141,861 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.18.

A new certificate of registration and articles of association have been sent Oslo Stock Exchange and is also attached hereto (in Norwegian only).
