Acta Kapitalforvaltning AS and Acta Asset Management AS, subsidiaries of Agasti Holding ASA, have entered into settlement agreements with 24 plaintiffs who have sued the companies for a total of NOK 53 million.

The parties have agreed to keep details of the settlement agreements confidential.

The settlements mean that the Agasti Group's financial results for the third quarter of 2014 will be charged with NOK 12 million.
