Share capital deduction filed with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

Reference is made to stock exchange notices published on 14 October and 17 October 2016 regarding the share capital reduction in Agasti Holding ASA (under liquidation) (the "Company").

The share capital reduction resolved by the extraordinary general meeting of the Company on 22 August 2016 is now completed and registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The Company's registered share capital after completion is NOK 1,000,979.20 divided into 294,405,648 shares with a par value of NOK 0.0034 per share.
