The Agasti Group's annual report for 2014

The Agasti Group is today, 31 March, publishing the online edition of its annual report and accounts for 2014. The report can be read at http://aarsrapport2014.agasti.no/en/ and is also available on Agasti's web site at www.agasti.no.

Notice and agenda documents to the annual general meeting on 10 June 2015 will be published on www.newsweb.no and sent shareholders with a minimum of 21 days' notice.
