HiQ HELPS COLLECTOR WITH “BETALKOLL” – THE SIMPLER WAY TO PAY BILLS
Collector’s new mobile service Collector Betalkoll is an innovative new way to pay bills, that makes everyday life simpler. HiQ’s responsibility has been idea and creation of the technical solution.
“It all began with the need to develop new digital services, first and foremost for mobile phones, which have become the main platform for many users. HiQ helped us to identify the types of service to focus on, and the end result is a solution that genuinely does save people time in their day-to-day lives,” says Stefan Alexandersson, CEO of Collector.
Collector Betalkoll simplifies our most common bank task. The new app provides a secure platform for users to pay their bills straight from their mobile phones. All the user needs to do is to take a photograph of the bill, and Betalkoll makes sure that it’s paid on time. Bills received by email are easily imported into the service. Each month users are presented with a gathered invoice and can choose whether to pay all or just part of the total amount.
“Collector is an innovative client and this has been an exciting project. We are proud of the confidence shown in us and of the new service that has been launched. By gathering all the various bills in the form of just one single monthly invoice, Betalkoll gives people more time to devote to other things,” says HiQ’s Jerker Lindstén.
Through an innovation process and pre-study, HiQ assisted Collector in devising the new concept. HiQ was then responsible for the technical development and supported Collector with market communication and internal routines relating to the service.
