HiQ SIGNS FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH ICA

HiQ has signed a new framework agreement with ICA Group IT, regarding consultant services. The agreement covers services for system development, testing, project management, IT management, data warehouse and infrastructure. It is a one-year agreement with an option to extend.
