HiQ SIMPLIFIES INTERNAL COMMUNICATION FOR KUUSAKOSKI
HiQ improves the efficiency at Kuusakoski Group, the largest industrial recycling company in Northern Europe. The new intranet that HiQ delivers simplifies internal communication in Kuusakoski’s multi-cultural business environment. The project utilizes the latest cloud technologies, and is one of the first of its kind in Finland.
“In the last few years, our business environment has undergone significant changes that have further internationalised and expanded the group operations. We were looking for a single technological solution that would support using the best practices throughout the group, while taking into account the special needs of different local offices”, says Risto Pohjanpalo, Director of Community Relations at Kuusakoski.
“We wanted to find a proactive partner that would meet the prerequisites of long-term collaboration so that we could focus on our core business while the partner would support adapting the system to the changing business needs”, Pohjanpalo adds.

One example being Kuusakoski’s NETitse Recycling Service, which was selected as the best ICT project of 2011.
