HiQ STRATEGIC PARTNER TO DEKRA INDUSTRIAL AB
DEKRA is a world leader in inspection services and services to improve safety. HiQ has now won a major assignment from DEKRA Industrial AB that focuses on digitalisation and development of the business and operations. The new assignment further consolidates HiQ’s successful collaboration with the DEKRA Group.

DEKRA Industrial AB’s work e.g. includes periodic inspections of machinery and lifting devices, and it is in this area that the company sees great potential for development.

We want to simplify the daily work for our colleagues out in the field, by helping them to more easily identify needs and set the appropriate processes in motion. Put simply, we want to help our co-workers to create even more value for the customers they meet,” says Jörgen Backersgård, CEO of DEKRA Industrial in Sweden.
The company seeks to achieve this aim through digital solutions, automated processes and smart connections to other systems. The project is a full-service undertaking for HiQ – from the initial outline to development and implementation, through to administration.
“We were looking for an innovative partner who can deliver the entire chain. HiQ has many examples of helping its customers on their digital journey,” Backersgård explains.
HiQ has good experience of collaboration with the DEKRA Group. Together with DEKRA Automotive AB, HiQ has previously developed a solution that has simplified the car inspection process and reduced inspection times from 30 minutes to just 20.
