HiQ STREAMLINES CITY OF OULU WITH NEW INTRANET
HiQ builds the new intranet and virtual workspaces for the City of Oulu. The aim is to simplify and improve work processes for all employees, by allowing easy access to information, tools and services essential to the everyday work, which in turn will streamline the whole organization.
“In the last years, our work has become more and more digital and our working environment has therefore undergone significant changes. The intranet is a central service that guides our employees to use the right tools for the right purposes and improves communication within the organisation. We need a proactive partner that meets the prerequisites of long-term collaboration and that can support adapting the system to our ever-changing needs,” says IT manager Juhani Heikka at City of Oulu.
HiQ has helped many clients in the public sector to streamline their business processes and communication, as well as in creating modern e-services that favour both the clients’ employees and the citizens.
