HiQ WINS FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH HANSEL
HiQ signs a framework agreement with Hansel, the government's central purchasing body in Finland. The agreement covers IT services in the area of project management and integration as well as specification and architecture.
The agreement is valid for four years with option to extend up to two years. The agreement means that number of Finnish authorities and public organisations can use HiQ as a supplier.
“We are proud of this renewed framework agreement. The digitalisation of society affects all organisations at all levels enabling huge potential – especially in public sector. We look forward to supporting that development with our know-how and experience, says Jukka Rautio at HiQ.
The total value of the procurement for all suppliers based on the previous agreement is EUR 40 million. The agreement can be utilized, for example, central government agencies and bodies, universities and the Finnish Parliament. HiQ is an acknowledged partner in large and challenging IT projects simplifying operations for example for the Finnish Customs, the city of Oulu and the Kammarkollegiet (The Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency) in Sweden.
“Streamlining communication in public sector is both exiting and important assignment. Through our frame agreement we will work hard to simplify day-to-day life for everyone living in Finland, concludes Lars Stugemo at HiQ.
