HiQ WINS FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH SYSTEMBOLAGET
HiQ wins framework agreement with Systembolaget, regarding project management and other IT services. The agreement is signed for one year with an option to extend. Systembolaget offers a variety of digital services, for example within ecommerce, and will continue that evolution with HiQ’s help.
”Systembolaget enables responsible consumption of alcohol. A complex task with high demands for innovation and information towards the customers. We look forward to contributing with our know-how and experience from the digital customer meeting to pure IT,” says Magnus Gudéhn at HiQ.
The framework agreement covers specialists within areas such as project management, test management and requirements.
”HiQ has vast experience from the retail industry as well as within project management. We believe that HiQ will be able to help us in our development and to be of even better service for our customers,” says Martin Reje, Head of Project Office at Systembolaget.
HiQ has been working with large companies and authorities for nearly 20 years. The confidence from Systembolaget is yet more proof of HiQ’s position as an experienced and competent partner.
”In our connected society, where mobility and digitisation is constantly spreading, we are constantly helping our clients to use new technology in order to simplify and improve. The retail industry is truly affected by this development and we are looking forward to helping Systembolaget in making everyday life simpler for both their employees and customers,” says Lars Stugemo, President and CEO of HiQ.
Systembolaget is a government owned chain of liquor stores in Sweden. It is the only retail store allowed to sell alcoholic beverages that contain more than 3.5% (by volume) alcohol. Systembolaget is expressly mandated to limit the harmful effects of alcohol, a mandate based on consideration for public health. This mandate is governed by the Swedish Alcohol Act.
