HKScan’s Report of the Board of Directors, Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report for 2022 published

On 9 February 2023, HKScan published a pdf version of the 2022 Report of the Board of Directors, Financial Statements and Auditor's Report as an attachment to its Financial Statements Bulletin before the ESEF financial statements in accordance with Chapter 7, Section 8 of the Securities Markets Act. With this stock exchange release, HKScan is republishing the same material in the correct message category "Annual Financial Report”. 

The Auditor’s Report includes emphasis of matter concerning material uncertainty related to going concern. The Auditors draw attention to the Group accounting principles “Assumption of ability to continue as a going concern” in the Group Financial Statements in which management describes the uncertainties that may result in the breach of covenants.

HKScan will publish the Report of the Board of Directors and Financial Statements as a visual pdf file and as an xHTML file in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in week 11/2023.
