Hoist Finance has successfully issued bonds for a total amount of SEK 600 million
Hoist Finance AB (Baa3/neg outlook), ("Hoist Finance"), has successfully issued two senior unsecured bonds for a total amount of SEK 600m.
- The first bond amounts to SEK 350 million and has a tenor of 3.0 years and a floating rate interest of STIBOR 3m + 500 bps
- The second bond amounts to SEK 250 million, has a tenor of 3.0 years and a fixed rate interest of 8.843%
The proceeds from the issued bonds will be used for general corporate purposes. The instruments will be listed on the regulated market of Irish Stock Exchange plc, known as Euronext Dublin. The bonds are expected to be rated Baa3 by Moody’s.
