Hoist Finance AB (publ) is pleased to announce the successful issuance of SEK 750 million of senior preferred bonds with a 4-year tenor. The bonds were issued under Hoist Finance’s EMTN program and were priced at 3-months STIBOR +178 basis points. The issuance follows a book building process that gathered combined demand of approximately SEK 2 billion.

“We are delighted to see that so many bond investors, new ones as well as names we know well from before, want to support us on our continued growth journey. This is the first issuance we do since Moody’s upgraded our rating and we see yet again how we continue to reduce our funding costs”, says Harry Vranjes, CEO of Hoist Finance.

The proceeds from the bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes. The instruments will be listed on the regulated market Irish Stock Exchange plc (Euronext Dublin). The bonds are expected to be rated Baa2 by Moody's.
