Hoist Finance AB (publ) is pleased to announce the successful dual tranche issuance of senior unsecured bonds, including SEK 750 million with a tenor of 3 years and SEK 500 million with a tenor of 5 years. The bonds, which are issued under Hoist Finance’s EMTN program, have been priced at 3-month STIBOR +195 basis points for the 3-year tenor - and 3-month STIBOR +230 basis points for the 5-year tenor.

The issuance follows a book building process that gathered combined demand of approximately SEK 2.5 billion, reflecting strong interest from a diverse range of Nordic and international institutional investors.

“We are delighted with the strong outcome of the transaction, where we further improve our wholesale funding costs, underscoring the market’s confidence in Hoist Finance. This bond issue marks yet another step on our strategic journey and will support our ongoing efforts to fulfil the requirements to become a Specialised Debt Restructurer by 1 January 2025”, says Harry Vranjes, CEO of Hoist Finance.

The proceeds from the bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes. The instruments will be listed on the regulated market Irish Stock Exchange plc, known as Euronext Dublin. The bonds are expected to be rated Baa3 by Moody's.

Carnegie Investment Bank and Nordea acted as joint lead managers in the transaction.
