Hoist Finance invites investors, analysts, and media to a Capital Markets Update on Thursday 12 September 2024 from 12:00-17:00 CET.
Hoist Finance aims to become the leading asset manager of NPLs to individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises in Europe. CEO Harry Vranjes, alongside the Chairman of the Board and the Executive Management Team, invite to a Capital Markets Update where they will present Hoist Finance's business, strategic priorities, and status on financial targets - and outline what further opportunities the Company sees in the European NPL-market.
Hoist Finance has recently announced that it intends to meet the requirements to qualify as a Specialised Debt Restructurer (SDR). At the Capital Markets Update, the Company will further outline what an SDR is and how this new regulatory status can support its continued growth journey.
There will be time for Q&A, with the opportunity to participate for both those attending in person and those participating via webcast. The presentations will be held in English.
