The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority notifies its final decision on capital requirements for Hoist Finance

On 6 March 2024, Hoist Finance AB (publ) (“Hoist Finance” or the “Company”) announed that Finansinspektionen, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (the “SFSA”), had notified the Company of its consideration on coming decision (the “Consideration Notice”) regarding additional own fund requirements (Pillar 2 requirements) and Pillar 2 guidance for Hoist Finance. SFSA has today notified the Company of its final decision, which confirms the Consideration Notice.
