Horatio Alger Association of Canada Establishes Quebec Scholarship Program

Association Provides up to $5,000 in Financial Assistance for University Students(September 26, 2012 Quebec, Can) The Horatio Alger Association of Canada is pleased to announce the establishment of the Quebec Scholarship Program in honor of former Prime Minister of Canada, Mr. Brian Mulroney. The application for the 2013 scholarship opens today, and students currently enrolled in the terminal year of CEGEP/college and who plan to begin a degree at a university in Canada in the fall of 2013 are encouraged to apply.
