AG Advokat extends lease agreement with Hufvudstaden
Hufvudstaden’s current tenant, the law firm AG Advokat, has decided to extend its lease at Hufvudstaden’s premises on Regeringsgatan 38.
In 2024, AG Advokat signed a new seven-year lease agreement with Hufvudstaden. This extension aligns perfectly with Hufvudstaden’s strategy of nurturing existing customer relationships, offering prime office locations in the city center, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction in the industry.

As part of the agreement extension, a renovation of the premises is included. To reduce our environmental impact, reuse has been a major focus of the project. For example, doors, glass partitions, storage solutions, and the reception desk have been carefully dismantled for reuse in the new spaces.
