Hufvudstaden acquires property at Biblioteksgatan in Stockholm

Hufvudstaden acquires property at Biblioteksgatan in Stockholm Hufvudstaden has acquired the Pumpstocken 13 property at Biblioteksgatan 12 in central Stockholm. The seller is AP Fastigheter AB. The rentable floor space totals 2,791 square meters of mainly office premises, 1,759 square meters, and store premises, 918 square meters. The property is fully leased. The takeover date is September 1, 2000. The acquisition of the Pumpstocken 13 property is in line with Hufvudstaden's strategy of concentrating its portfolio to central Stockholm and is a natural complement to Hufvudstaden's portfolio within the so called Golden Triangle. On grounds of strategy Hufvudstaden chooses to publish the purchase price, rents and operating net when the takeover is completed.
