Hufvudstaden divests Galleria Forum in Sundsvall Hufvudstaden is selling its shareholding in Galleria Forum i Sundsvall AB to Norrporten. The transaction represents a sales price for the shopping center property of SEK 64 M, resulting in a consolidated capital gain of SEK 10 M.
