Hufvudstaden intends to sell Liljeholmen properties

Hufvudstaden intends to sell Liljeholmen properties Hufvudstaden has signed a letter of intent with an investor, whereby the latter will acquire Hufvudstaden's Stubinen 2 and Stora Katrineberg 16 properties, which are located at Liljeholmen in Stockholm. The parties' intention, after implementation of a due diligence process, is to conclude a final purchase agreement. The divestment of the Liljeholmen properties is in keeping with Hufvudstaden's strategy of concentrating its operations in central Stockholm and central Gothenburg.
