Hufvudstaden receives supplemental payment of SEK 20 M for Liljeholmen properties

Hufvudstaden receives supplemental payment of SEK 20 M for Liljeholmen properties Hufvudstaden divested the site leasehold properties Stora Katrineberg 16 och Stubinen 2 in Liljeholmen in Stockholm with completion date as of December 19, 2000. The purchase price amounted to SEK 900 M. Hufvudstaden has now received a supplemental payment of SEK 20 M due to the fact that one building right has been created on the property Stora Katrineberg 16. The payment will be recognised as revenue during 2001. Furthermore, Hufvudstaden has the possibility of receiving another supplemental payment totaling a maximum of SEK 50 M during the next five years, depending on whether certain additional building rights can be created on the properties.
