Hufvudstaden sells three shopping mall properties

Hufvudstaden sells three shopping mall properties Hufvudstaden is selling the companies that own the three shopping mall properties: Galleria S:t Per in Uppsala, Galleria Punkt in Västerås and Galleria Domino in Norrköping, to the listed real estate company, Tornet. The transaction provides the new owner with access as of July 1, 1999. The sale corresponds to a combined sales price for the three properties of about SEK 760 M. Hufvudstaden's consolidated capital gain on the sale amounts to approximately SEK 30 M after tax. After this transaction, Hufvudstaden owns properties exclusively held in Stockholm and Gothenburg.
