Market value of Hufvudstaden's property portfolio SEK 15.3 billion · The market value of Hufvudstaden's property portfolio is SEK 15.3 billion, giving a net worth per share after tax (28 per cent) of SEK 38. · Profit after net financial income and expense amounted to SEK 94.3 million (134.0). The decrease can be attributed to costs for the rebuilding projects at NK Stockholm and Norrmalmstorg 1. · Excluding costs for special projects, gross profit from property management amounted to SEK 184.1 million (186.8).
