Profit for the period rose to SEK 473.3 M @ Profit (after tax) for the nine-month period rose to SEK 473.3 M (first nine months of 1998: pro forma 146.0), corresponding to SEK 2.80 (0.86) per share. Capital gains amounted to SEK 351.9 M (78.2). @ The favorable trend of rents in central Stockholm and central Gothenburg continued during the period. New highs for rents were noted for both offices and retail premises.
