Strong growth in profit for Hufvudstaden for 2002 · Profit after net financial income and expense amounted to SEK 453.2 million (380.5). Adjusted for items affecting comparability, profit amounted to SEK 429.4 million (361.6). · Net rents from property management compared with the preceding year increased by 9.0 per cent and the gross profit by 13.7 per cent. · Rental income will increase by 32 per cent on renegotiated leases. · The board proposes an increased dividend to SEK 1.10 (1.00) per share. · The board proposes authorization to acquire the company's own shares.
