Korab International AB to establish new office at Kvarteret Johanna

Hufvudstaden has signed a lease agreement with Korab International AB, which will relocate to Kvarteret Johanna in central Gothenburg. The international trading company, specializing in forest products, will lease approximately 600 square metres, with occupancy scheduled for spring 2027.Korab International AB is already well acquainted with the property, having previously operated from the same location. The company vacated the premises in December 2021 in connection with the start of construction on the large-scale development project. Now, Korab is returning – to brand new opportunities
