Hufvudstaden named Global Sector Leader in GRESB international sustainability ranking

Hufvudstaden has once again achieved a high rating in GRESB’s international sustainability ranking and has been named “Global Sector Leader” in the “Offices and Retail” category.The Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) is an annual rating of the sustainability performance of real estate companies and this year, Hufvudstaden has achieved 93 points out of a possible 100, the average score was 75 in the “Offices and Retail” category.
