Humana acquires Enigheten Personlig assistans AB
Humana acquires the assistance company Enigheten Personlig assistans AB. The acquisition strengthens Humana's position and opportunities within personal assistance in Dalarna in Sweden.
Enigheten Personlig assistans was founded in 2005 and is based in the city of Borlänge. Full-year revenues amount to approximately SEK 50 million and the company has approximately 150 employees.

Humana has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Enigheten Personlig assistans AB. With the transfer, which takes place with immediate effect, the operation becomes part of Humana's business area Personal Assistance.
