Humana acquires the open care company Debora Lapsiperhepalvelut Oy. The acquisition strengthens Humana's nationwide open care service offering in Finland.
Debora Lapsiperhepalvelut Oy is a nationwide care company in Finland that provides services to families and children in 12 locations for approximately 300 customers. Full-year revenues amount to approximately EUR 2,9 million, corresponding to SEK 30 million.
Debora Lapsiperhepalvelut Oy becomes part of Humana's more than 3,000 social professionals and 130 housing and institutional units and offices in Finland.

Humana has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Debora Lapsiperhepalvelut Oy. With the transfer, which takes place with immediate effect, Debora Lapsiperhepalvelut Oy's operations becomes part of Humana’s business area in Finland.
