Humana completes the acquisition of the operations of Assistans för dig
Humana has completed the acquisition of the operations in Assistans för dig. Through the acquisition, Humana strengthens its position as the leading assistance provider in Sweden.
Following the approval of the acquisition from the Swedish Competition Authority (see previous press releases 11 May and 20 May, 2022), Humana AB has acquired the operations of Assistans för dig. The total purchase price is estimated to amount to SEK 151m. The payment is divided to an initial purchase price of SEK 20m on a cash and debt free basis, and two earn-outs based on financial performance for 2022 and 2023. The majority of the transaction is to be paid at the last due date. The transaction will be financed with cash.
Through the acquisition of the business in Assistans för dig, Humana strengthens its position as a leading assistance provider in Sweden. The increased volume means better possibilities to deliver good care and high quality.

Assistans för dig will be included in Humana's accounts from 1 June 2022. Full-year revenues amount to approximately SEK 600 million and the company has approximately 2,000 employees.
