Humana completes the divestment of elderly care units in Finland

Humana has completed the divestment of elderly care units in Finland.

Following the Finnish Competition Authority's approval of the divestment of Humana Finlands' elderly care units, as previously communicated, the divestment has been completed. The total purchase price amounts to EUR 25 million on a cash and debt-free basis.

The operations employ approximately 430 full-time employees and serve around 500 clients. In 2023, full-year revenues were reported at EUR 36.4 million, with an operating profit of EUR 2.7 million, including allocated overhead costs
