Humana's acquisition of Coronaria Hoiva approved by the competition authority

Humana's acquisition of Finnish Coronaria Hoiva has been approved by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, KKV.

As previously announced, see press release as of January 28, 2019, Humana has entered into an agreement to acquire all the shares in Finnish Coronaria Hoiva Oy, one of the leading care providers in Finland. The acquisition has today been approved by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, KKV.

The approval does not require any special conditions or concessions from Humana's side.

Coronaria Hoiva is expected to be consolidated in Humana's accounts during April 2019.
